Arrived 30 minutes before opening on weekdays in early November 2023. As expected, there was no one in line. For now, the reception is number one. They started showing up one after another about 10 minutes before opening. Information was provided to those who made a reservation by phone first. We also called around 9:00 and 10:00 on the same day, but could not get through. If you're going first thing in the morning, it's probably best to make a reservation the day before. I ordered the special (spicy noodles, vegetable double, squid tempura) and meat balls (soba, squid tempura). The squid tempura matched better than I expected and was delicious. It was worth paying the nearly 7,000 yen expressway fee from Haruka Mie Prefecture. Thank you for the meal.

Kaede's okonomiyaki is delicious😋 There's no need to review it now, but this has always been the place to go if you're looking for okonomiyaki with someone 😉 Okonomiyaki, which is rare in Hiroshima and combines Hiroshima-style and Kansai-style, is worth queuing for as it is served on a relaxing iron plate❗️ This time, I ordered the popular Kansai-style suji stew grill 😤 By the way, Kansai style requires some technique as you bake it yourself 😎 But the seasoning is perfect, so you don't have to worry about it, just mix and bake❗️The only problem is flipping it afterwards🤣 The sauce is slightly sour Kansai style Kaede😙 Eating hot okonomiyaki on the iron plate while drinking the famous mug juice is the best😆 The price remains reasonable in this day and age, so it's recommended even for families 😊

The okonomiyaki here is delicious👍 Hiroshima-style liver cabbage doesn't smell like a refrigerator There is sauce, mayonnaise, and garlic powder on the table, so you can adjust it to your taste.Of course, there are also small seasonings that you can find at other stores. I gave up on Kansai okonomiyaki because I had to cook it myself.The beef tendon looked delicious. Before the store opens, you write your name on a piece of paper and wait. It's a popular store and there are a lot of customers, so it's best to arrive at the store 30 minutes before the store opens. Some customers have reservations.

There is an okonomiyaki restaurant a little over 10 minutes walk from Umebayashi Station on the Kabe Line, and there is a parking lot. People write their names in line before the store opens. You can also make reservations. The restaurant has a variety of seating options: counter, table, and tatami room. The tatami room is not a horigotatsu. Ordered meatball soba 670 yen + udon 110 yen + egg 55 yen including tax. The soba and udon champon looked interesting so I ordered it. It's double so it's pretty big. If it's udon, the noodles won't be as crispy. I found out that soba goes well with okonomiyaki. But it was a very cheap and delicious restaurant.
